Hello!
Last month in conjunction with valentine's day, every advertising companies are busy planning a great advertisement. And what caught my attention was the pizza hut trolls that was sent to all the fast foods company. Because it is part of the pizza hut's gifts to their competitors but there was a lot of puns that were purposely made by them. And this is one of the examples that pizza hut gave to one of the famous fast food in Malaysia. To be honest, it was a good copy made by the pizza hut. And there were a few fast foods such as burger king replied to the pizza hut. And it escalated my mind quickly and think 'oh how about I made a reply gift to the pizza hut' since burger king did reply to them.
So here you go, I made one for pizza hut. This was written and design by me, it was quite fun & challenging to come out with a replied copy to the pizza hut. I quite enjoy doing a copy for a certain brand because I thought this could help to enhance my resume and at the same time to sharpen my skills. To be honest, being a copywriter is difficult because you need to do a lot of observation with the surroundings and be alert with the latest update especially on social media. This is a great start for me because I could use this platform to gain more knowledge and at the same time able to execute it. Kudos to pizza hut for the great trolls because it has gone viral. People are more aware of your product and want to try the pizza heart in conjunction with valentine's day.
I hope I can do a lot of improvement in terms of being a copywriter and also came out with a great design. It was a fun experience for myself because I challenge myself to do something out of my comfort zone. To the copywriters out there: I'm just doing this for fun, so no pressure alright? (hehe).
